20th Annual CarolinaNSA Halloween Havoc Co-Ed Edition
**MAKE UP DATE** November 8th (Sunday) - BURLINGTON CITY PARK

Tournament may begin as early as 8am on Sunday morning.

Announcement: The following things will NOT be tolerated at this event or ANY NSA sanctioned event moving forward.
1. Drinking alcoholic beverages in the dugout or playing field during a game is not allowed.  Per park rules, this is not allowed and will result in an immediate forfeit of the game.  This is your warning.
2. Smoking tobacco products is not allowed on the field or dugouts.  The City Park is a smoke free facility.  Please help us comply.
3. Loud music coming from the dugout or anywhere near that fields that can be deemed offensive due to language, sexual nature or other lyrics will NOT be tolerated.  
4. Loud cursing and profanity will not be tolerated.

Co-Ed Format is 6/4. You may play 7/5, 5/5 or 6/6
Silver & Rec Co-Ed on Sunday, November 8th
     Silver Co-Ed (32.01 total points to 50.0 total points based on 12 players.  No men or women players 6.25 or above)
     Rec Co-Ed (No Men's Silver players from 2019 or 2020, No men or women players 4.0 or higher.  32 max points based on 12 players)

ALL teams MUST pay their sanction fee at www.playnsa.com
***ALL TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO TURN IN NSA PAPER ROSTERS***

3 Game Guarantee 
Entry fee $350 (includes 6 free balls for the teams registered for the original date)


Prize package for all divisions is based on 8 of teams in that division (if less, package will be modified)
1st Place - Championship plaque, 12 Full NSA Halloween Havoc Full-dye hoodies 
2nd Place - Runner-Up plaque and 12 NSA Halloween Havoc full dye longsleeve shirts
3rd Place - Plaque and 12 NSA Longsleeve Havoc cotton shirts
