     *Will take the first 12 teams to sign up

Middle, Bronze & Rec Co-Ed  is Sunday, October 17th
     Middle Co-Ed (37.01 total points to 50.0 total points based on 12 players.  No player restriction on points.)
     Bronze Co-Ed (37.0 and under based on 12 players.  Max player value 4.5)
     Rec Co-Ed (27.0 points and below.  ROSTER must be approved in advance to play this class)


ALL teams MUST pay their sanction fee at www.playnsa.com
***ALL TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO TURN IN NSA PAPER ROSTERS***

Prize package for all divisions is based on 8 of teams in that division (if less, package will be modified)
1st Place - Championship plaque, MVP, 12 Full NSA Halloween Havoc Full-dye hoodies and 12 NSA championship pendants
2nd Place - Runner-Up plaque and 12 NSA Halloween Havoc full dye longsleeve shirts and 12 pair of custom Havoc batting gloves
3rd Place - Plaque and 12 NSA Havoc shirts
